I made a rapid look to Pubmed and i confirm your results. No clear information concerning the use of these biomarkers in Argentina. As in Scandinavia or France, i think that the biologists could be the leader of this implementation in these blood biomarkers. You should contact the national Emergeny society to make a group to modify/actualize the guidelines for the management of the mTBI patients. You could be supported by the guidelines of Scandinavia and France.
